C. Barry Witmer brings 24 years of experience as a Senior Human Services Executive after graduating with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts. Currently, he serves as CEO of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services of Lancaster County. Previous not-for-profit experience includes: President and CEO, Habitat for Humanity, Los Angeles, CA; Hugh O’Brian Foundation, Senior Vice President, Operations, Los Angeles, CA; and Junior Achievement, Executive Director, Lancaster, PA. For-profit experience includes A-1 Professional Tree Service, Habecker/Witmer Associates; Groff’s Foods, Inc. and Fidelity Electric Company. Volunteer experience includes Chair, California Association of Student Councils; Director, Kiwanis Club of Los Angeles; California State Special Olympic; Los Angeles Red Cross Disaster Team; Director, Operation Confidence; Panelist, Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and Operation Hope.
