Heather A. Wilson graduated with a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Bachelors Degree in Elementary/Early Childhood education and brings 20 years of experience in the education and social services fields. Heather currently works as the Major Gifts Officer for the Lancaster General HealthCare Foundation, and has previously organized and implemented development programs for Women & Babies Hospital, Visiting Nurse Association and the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic. She consults with school age providers and provides grant writing services. Previous experience includes school age care, HIV/AIDS, housing for individuals with addictions and emergency community services in her work with the Salvation Army. Volunteer experience includes: Advisory Group Member , Nonprofit Resource Network; Board Member; Lancaster Foundation for Educational Enrichment; SHARE; and Board Member, Lancaster County Workforce Investment Youth Council.
