Hilda A. Shirk manages projects and provides administrative support for nonprofit organizations on a contractual basis, bringing 33 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Previously, she was the President and CEO of Family Service Partners in York, PA, an organization created in 2002 as the parent company for two well-established private, nonprofit family service agencies in adjoining counties. Hilda earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from North Central University. Her dissertation is entitled “Motives for Mergers among Family and Child-Serving Agencies.” She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Goshen College. Dr. Shirk is a peer reviewer for the Council on Accreditation and serves on its Board of Directors.
